Voice 21 is working with Camtree to develop a collection of reports of oracy-based intervention in classrooms carried out as part of the Douglas Barnes Award. The projects conducted for the Douglas Barnes Award focus on issues relevant to the context that teachers work in, and are intended to further understanding of the ingredients of a high-quality oracy education while also helping teachers to reflect on and improve their practice. The award also enables participants to influence practice across their school, working towards embedding a whole-school culture of oracy.
